Rosemary Potatoes
Directions
As simple as rosemary potatoes!:) Preheat oven at 350 Fahrenheit. Wash off small and medium small potatoes and dry. Cut in halfs and spread in a cooking tint. Add rosemary as much as you love. Rosemary is very flavorful and adds strong taste so I prefer to tear couple stems as I do like to feel rosemary:) Add a bit of garlic salt, fresh or dried garlic, oregano leaves, sprinkle with a bit of olive oil and a bunch of parmesan cheese. Mix and spread very well. Bake for about an hour-hour and a half depending on the size and amount of potatoes at 350 Fahrenheit. Vuala! Serve and enjoy! Wonderful side with steak or salmon.
