I always wanted to recreate a luxury hotel spa atmosphere in my own bathroom. So that when you come in you have this feeling of crisp cleanness and absolute relaxation. Here is the recipe:)

Towels – choose very specific sizes for bath towels and very specific texture. Turkish cotton is always the best solution to go for. Colors should be light:white/off-white. I love light silver grey. My perfect recommended size is 39x79in. 

Towels should be heated. Always:) They dry faster when they are on a warm towel rack. And also there is way less chances for mold. I use electric towel rack for heating the towels. In winter time it gives extra heat to the bathroom as well, which is very nice. And of course this wonderful feeling when after shower you are wrapping in warm towel is amazing. 

Put some epsom salt in a jar with wood lid, grape seed or almond oil in a bottle with a pump and a wood drenage massager in a marble tray right next to your shower. Treat yourself with shower massage once a week. 

I love to decorate this set with a marble shell. This gives additional relaxation – just the size, form and weight of this piece makes you feel relaxed when holding it.

Of course you need a candle. My go to two scents are from Better Homes and Gardens – warm leather amber and salted coconut mahogany.

And stone mat, so that when you step out of your shower, you step on a textured warm but solid surface and feel recharged and refreshed. 

And of course essential touch is a ceramic  foaming soap dispenser.
